2/3 of a cup maple syrup (the real stuff)
1/3 of a cup soy sauce (I prefer low sodium)
Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
Mix together the ingredients to prep your marinade for the salmon
Place the fillets skin side up, cover the bowl, and refrigerate for 1 to 5 hours
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees
Bake for 15 minutes
I love to serve this dish with blanched green beans and long grain and wild rice.
