Cheeseburger Macaroni

It cost $6 to make this from scratch and took no more time than the processed box.

Ingredients

1 pound of ground beef

2 and 1/2 cups of milk

1 and 1/2 cups of water

2 cups of elbow pasta

1 Tbsp of cornstarch

 1 Tbsp of chili powder

2 tsp of garlic powder

1 tsp of sugar

1 tsp of salt

3/4 of a tsp of paprika

1/4 of a tsp cayenne

2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Grease a large skillet and brown the ground beef over medium high heat

Remove most of the fat drippings once cooked through

Add in the pasta, milk, water, and spice mixture

Blend together and bring to a boil

Reduce heat to low and cover

Simmer for one minute less than pasta instructions for al dente

Stir in the cheese
